Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") apply to apps published by CloudLark ("we"), for Atlassian Cloud products (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees through the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on the Atlassian Cloud site(s) for which it is licensed, for the subscription term.

2. Restrictions

Customer may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or use the App to break the law or infringe others' rights.

3. Purchases and refunds

Paid Apps are sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing, renewals and refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace terms and policies.

4. Customer content

Customer keeps all rights to its content. The App processes content only to provide its functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Support and updates

We provide support by email at [email protected] on a commercially reasonable basis and may update the App from time to time.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by Customer for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

Customer may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if Customer breaches these Terms. Sections 6–9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.
